NEW YORK- Jurors were discharged Thursday in the trial of Emilio Fusco, a Longmeadow man acquitted of murder charges on Wednesday after a two-week trial in federal court in Manhattan.
Fusco, 43, was indicted for the 2003 murders of Springfield, Mass., crime boss Adolfo “Big Al” Bruno and police informant Gary Westerman – conspiracies prosecutors argued stretched from western Massachusetts to New York City.
