BOSTON — With  two Bulger brothers looking on, James “Whitey” Bulger pleaded not guilty today to a 32-count federal indictment that alleges he participated in 19 murders, most committed while he was an informant for the FBI and dating back to the 1970s and the New England Mafia’s Patriarca Crime Family
