Gianni Iacavo, shown leaving a Morris County court in 2010, was arrested Wednesday on charges he burglarized several Garfield businesses since January.

Police arrested a mob connected  city man tied to the Lucchese crime family they say is responsible for a rash of commercial burglaries

 
 Gianni Iacovo, 37, .was charged with seven counts of burglary and various weapons charges and was ordered held on $70,000 bond at the Bergen County Jail.
 
 
In 2010, Iacovo was indicted in a gambling and money laundering  mafia racketeering case   linked to Luchese leaders Joseph DiNapo ,and Matthew Madonna .
