The reputed ranking underboss of the die-hard Philadelphia mob is next week  scheduled to be the first defendant sentenced in a momentous three-month trial of  local mobsters
Joseph “Mousie” Massimino, supposedly second-in-command in the Philly family of  La Cosa Nostra  led  by reputed boss Joe Ligambi– is one of three men convicted of racketeering conspiracy, and given his criminal history, the 63-year-old could get whacked fairly hard by U.S. District Judge Eduardo Robreno.
