Frank Papalia, an old-school wiseguy who rose in the underworld  ranks to become  underboss of  a  Mafia family who dominated  organized crime in Ontario, has died. Mr Papalia lived 83 years

Frank Papalia, the former mob underboss and long-suffering brother of Ontario’s pre-eminent Mafia boss, has died in a Hamilton nursing home at the age of 83.
