Italian police are investigating the gangland murder of a mafia boss on Saturday, near Naples, who was killed in an area of an ongoing Camorra feud
Pietro Esposito, 46, an alleged boss of a Camorra clan based in the Neapolitan district of Forcella, was shot to death by a duo of mafia hitmen in a bullet riddled ambush, in Piazza San Vincenzo, in Naples
Investigators suspect the shooters are members of the Lo Russo clan based in Miano , a mafia infested suburb of Naples, whom according to authorities, are in an ongoing feud for rule over the drug rackets in Naples
Investigators say it seems Esposito, who was allied with the Lo Russo clan in an ongoing turf war, wanted to breakaway from the clan , after the gundown murder of his 22 year-old son, which was totally unacceptable to Lo Russo leader’s, whom allegedly ordered his death
