As Tupac once rapped, “Through every dark night, there’s a bright day after that. So no matter how hard it get, stick your chest out, keep your head up, and handle it.” Those might be words to live by for Jerry Foxhoven, a 66-year-old Tupac superfan who recently lost his job as the human resources director for the Iowa Department of Human Services after sending his team thousands of references to the late West Coast hip-hop legend.
