Massive amounts of marijuana were seized by police at a villa in Varcaturo, Naples where a cannabis crop was grown by hydroponic heating and irrigation, mimicking the Britsh movie “Saving Grace“.
Police arrested three people and confiscated thousands of cannabis plants, 10 cellophane bags containing 100 pounds of dried marijuana, ripe and ready to distribute.
Authorities say they got suspicious by the curious comings and goings of people with big bags of fertilizer in a villa without a surrounding garden and secured a search warrant
The accused are charged with drug possession and intent to distribute
