The Feds allege in an indictment unsealed Tuesday that corrupt correctional officers were in cahoots with members of an organized crime gang who called the shots inside the Baltimore City Detention Center.
According to authorities, the Black Guerilla crime family smuggled drugs and cell phones into the jail and had sexual relationships that left four guards pregnant.
