Dennis Delucia is going away for 34 months
A Colombo capo convicted of extortion but praised by his gay daughter for staunchly supporting same-sex marriage was sentenced to 34 months in prison — a year than the maximum he faced.
Dennis Delucia, 71, apparently convinced Federal Judge Kiyo Matsumoto that he had some redeeming qualities even though she noted that a decade spent in prison did not deter him from committing new crimes.
