Police found stash money believed to be Daniel ‘El Loco’ Barrera’s, the boss of the illegal drug trade in Bogotá.. The seized stash included $29 million (£18.3 million) and 17 million euros (£14.7 million) in cash. Barrera operates between Bogota and the Venezuelan border.
