Photos snapped by the FBI inside the Idaho hideout of accused Boston mobster Enrico Ponzo show enough high-powered arms and ammo for a small army — more than a dozen assault-style rifles and a shelf full of handguns, along with crates of bullets.
The pictures were taken Feb. 8 at the farmhouse where prosecutors said the 43-year-old Swampscott native and reputed would-be assassin of New England Mafia godfather “Cadillac Frank” Salemme lived as cattle rancher “Jeffrey John Shaw” during 17 years on the lam, authorities say.
