Venezuela asked Interpol in April 2014 to issue a red corner notice for the apprehension of Bolivar, who is accused in the death of Globovision`s Adriana Urquiola, Spanish news agency.
Urquiola, 28 and five months pregnant, was among a number of people forced to get off a bus in Caracas when a barricade erected by anti-government protesters blocked the vehicle`s path,Efe reported.
