In a  crackdown by the Waterfront Commission of New York Harbor on organized crime and the Mafia, Genovese Crime Family soldier, Joseph Queli , and his wife, Regina Queli,  have been indicted on state charges, including money laundering and tax evasion.. Writes Steve Strunsky/The Star-Ledger
