A North Jersey mobster , who copped to being in cahoots in the criminal operations of Philadelphia’s La Cosa Nostra, was sentenced today to a 55 month term in federal prison.
Louis “Big Lou” Fazzini, 45, an admitted made member of the mafia ,pleaded guilty in October to a racketeering conspiracy charge tied to a mob managed gambling and loan-sharking operation
Fazzini, of Caldwell, called the shots in a sports bookmaking business and social club in northern New Jersey where illegal gambling on card and dice games occurred regularly.
