Canadian multimillionaire Conrad Black, who was jailed for fraud claims he established good relations with inmates – including a member of the New York mafia’s Genovese Crime Family .
Black was convicted in 2007 and released last year midway through his six-and-a-half-year sentence after an appeal court dropped two charges against him.
