The rising gang violence in Chicago is partly attributed to three major Mexican cartels battling in the city, in particular, ultra-violent Los Zetas and the power packed Sinaloa drug Cartel led by super capo Joaquin “El Chapo” Guzman, touted by Law enforcement as the most dangerous organized crime boss in the world.
