CHICAGO – The Chicago Crime Commission and the DEA have dubbed a Mexican drug trafficker “Public Enemy Number One”
Joaquin Guzman Loera, aka “El Chapo Guzman” also “Shorty, the super boss of the Sinaloa drug cartel is more powerful and ruthless than racket boss Al Capone ever was according to federal authorities .
Federal DEA investigators say Guzman’s organization has enlisted 100,000 Chicago gang members to deal its drugs on the street.
