Reputed Mafia figure indicted in murder-for-hire plot
A grand jury has indicted a Highland Heights man identified by the FBI as a member of the Mafia, accusing him of playing a role in a foiled murder-for-hire plot.
James Martino, 65, is charged with using interstate commerce facilities in the commission of murder for hire and financing extortionate extensions of credit.
