A court in Florence on Tuesday acquitted ex-senator Marcello Dell’Utri on a charge of complicity in a fraudulent bankruptcy, reports Ansa News
Dell’Utri, a former top aide to ex-premier Silvio Berlusconi who was whacked with a seven-year sentence in the slammer for collusion with the mafia, was acquitted during the proceedings against the Cooperative Credit Bank of Florence (BCCF).
